What We Can Do?

Our capacity ranges from 36 to 250 tons
We use stage bending to increase productivity on complex parts
Fast bending times thanks to high-speed electric/hydraulic rams
Angle Controlled Bending (ACB) with laser or hard tooling sensors compensates for variations in thickness, grain direction, and material tensile strength for accurate and consistent bend angles
All our brakes are CNC-controlled and networked to ensure maximum flexibility, setup, and repeatability
We use independent 6-axis back gauges for maximum flexibility
Our machines can handle up to 10-foot bending lengths and have an extended stroke capacity of up to 14 inches for deep box/part bending
Ergonomic lift assists help improve part accuracy when working with larger parts
Lower bed die shifting allows us to perform hemming and other operations in one setup
We use automated die bed crowning for better accuracy
We have a large selection of standard and custom tooling available
